- not long now before these start leaving for their new homes. All are reserved and the 3 keepers now have names - Hebe, Calypso and Cassandra. The dumbo ears on this litter are lovely, which is very common on this line - no 'yoda' ears here!!

- these little monsters stayed with a friend while I was on my course in Malta last week so there is a gap in photos. It's amazing how much they'd grown when I collected them and where I was undecided before I went away on definite keepers, it's now clear which ones need to stay with me. I will be keeping the best of the two black dumbo bucks and the Siamese and black dumbo does. All the dumbos in this litter have lovely ears and you can see the little runty girl is growing well, but still considerably smaller than her siblings. Now I've made my decision on keepers, I will be contacting the people at the top of my waiting list to offer them kittens.

- the colours are really starting to come through and the dumbos in particular are all ears and legs at this age! The little runt is still little, but thriving well. The Siamese kittens are looking quite nice and dark at this age and both the Burmese are clearly already looking to be too dark for standard. I moved them from a tank into a Mary cage a few days ago as poor Pru needed a hammock to hide in - they can't quite get in there with her yet...

- the colours have really come through now and given me a bit of a surprise as I wasn't expecting chocolate to be in there. There are two chocolates and they cannot be sable because Veronica proved not to carry anything c locus and Pluto can't have carried Burmese as he was a black eyed Siamese. The chocolate probably came in with the blues towards the end of the pedigree as most blue lines seem to carry chocolate as a few of the main breeders of them over the years were trying to 'make' lilac and lilac agouti. The runt is still thriving although considerably smaller than her siblings.

6 days old
- you can see the tiny runt in the middle of the first picture. Hopefully she will thrive. The palest ones will be black eyed Siamese, the mid fawny ones are Burmese and the darker ones will probably be blacks.

few hours old
- you can already see slight pigmentation on the darker ones over the black eyed siamese ones.
